1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the cashph website at cashph.vu, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms apply to all users of the cashph platform, including visitors who do not hold a registered account.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the cashph platform. Continued use of the site after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility

To register and use a cashph account, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing the platform.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual and not on behalf of any commercial entity for the purpose of arbitrage, professional betting syndication, or re-sale of betting services.
• You are not excluded from using online betting platforms under any self-exclusion agreement or applicable restriction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and managing your own account funds.

cashph does not knowingly permit underage players to register. If we determine at any point that an account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria above, the account will be suspended and any balance subject to review. Winnings derived from an ineligible account may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one cashph account only. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, device, payment method, or household — are not permitted. If duplicate accounts are identified, cashph reserves the right to close the secondary account and transfer any remaining balance to the primary account, minus any bonuses credited to the duplicate.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false information at the point of registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

KYC Verification: Before your first withdrawal, cashph requires identity verification in line with standard Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. You may be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. cashph may request updated documentation at any point if account activity triggers a review.

You are responsible for keeping your registered contact details up to date. cashph communicates important account information — including security alerts and withdrawal confirmations — to the email address and mobile number on your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the cashph platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). There is no currency conversion at any point in the deposit or withdrawal process.

Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, bank transfer, and Philippine online/mobile banking. cashph does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as funding methods for betting activity.

Deposits are credited to your cashph account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment channel used and the time of day the transaction is initiated.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible. Before submitting a withdrawal request, ensure that your KYC verification is complete and that any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met. cashph will not process a withdrawal that would leave an active bonus in a partially-wagered state unless the bonus is forfeited first.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the point of transaction in your cashph account.
• cashph does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Withdrawal processing times depend on the method selected and may require additional verification for large amounts.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on cashph are subject to the general betting rules set out here, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules that apply to the market in question.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is not accepted until you receive a confirmation message on screen. If a bet slip fails to confirm, the bet has not been placed.
• Odds: Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet. For live in-play markets, odds may change between the time you submit a bet and the time it is confirmed. If the odds change during submission, you will be notified and given the option to accept the new odds or cancel.
• Void bets: cashph reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical error or data feed issue. Voided bets are refunded in full to your account balance.
• Match abandonment: Settlement rules for abandoned, postponed, or cancelled events vary by sport and are detailed in the sport-specific rules accessible from the betting section.
• Maximum winnings: cashph applies maximum payout limits per bet and per event. These limits are displayed in the bet slip and in the betting rules for each sport.

cashph covers sports including Basketball (PBA and NBA), Football, Boxing, Volleyball, and Esports. Market availability and live betting coverage depend on the event and may change without prior notice.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, cashph makes bonus offers and promotional deals available to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published alongside the offer on the Promotions page.

Where no promotion-specific terms are published, the following general conditions apply:

• Bonuses are credited to your cashph account balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• Bonus funds are used after real-money funds have been exhausted, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• cashph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use. Accounts showing patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including placing offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk — may have bonuses removed and activity reviewed.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

7. Responsible Gaming

cashph is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports player wellbeing. Betting involves real financial risk and outcomes are never guaranteed. You should only bet with funds you can afford to lose.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered cashph players directly from the account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit.
• Session reminders: Receive a notification after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account and block re-registration for the exclusion period.

8. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cashph username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any other person. cashph staff will never ask you for your password through any communication channel.

cashph uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the platform. OTP (one-time password) verification is applied to login and certain account transactions as an added layer of security.

You should also change your password at once. cashph is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cashph platform. Accounts found to be in breach of these restrictions will be suspended and subject to investigation. Funds may be withheld pending review.

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes, or system glitches to place bets at incorrect odds or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any third party to manipulate the outcome of a game or bet.
• Using the cashph platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited, if such access is knowingly circumvented.

cashph cooperates with relevant authorities in the investigation of financial crime and fraud. Account information may be disclosed to law enforcement where legally required.

10. Limitation of Liability

cashph provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain uninterrupted access, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events outside our control may result in temporary unavailability.

cashph is not liable for:

• Losses arising from interrupted access to the platform during live betting events.
• Losses resulting from delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the cashph platform.
• Actions taken by third parties that affect the availability or integrity of specific sports markets or game results.

Nothing in these Terms limits cashph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11. Changes to These Terms

cashph reserves the right to update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes affecting player rights or financial terms, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players through the platform or by email.

Continued use of the cashph platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with a revised version, you should cease using the platform and request account closure by contacting support.
